Replacement and Refund Policy

1. The product in your order will be replaced with an identical product in case it is received in a damaged (broken or spoiled) condition. Please send across an image of the damaged item to +91 6302443635 via WhatsApp with the order ID within one hour of receiving the parcel.

 

2. Depending on the kind of product you wish to return, your return request may have to undergo a verification process.

 

3. Following verification, you will be required to confirm your decision based on the category of the product ordered.

 

4. Keep ready all the requisite items necessary for a smooth returns process — including invoice, original packaging, freebies, etc.

 

5. The charge for the return courier will be handled by the customer and will not be refunded.

 

6. The product will need to be dispatched within 3 days of making the claim to
